Site Surveys

During a Site Survey the DataCenter environment i.e. the infrastructure and components is being registered in detail by our consultants. They are registering how utilities are being used, the DataCenter capacity utilization and all other passive and active network elements.

Maturity Scans

In a Maturity Scan the maturity of the DataCenter and its related operations – People and Processes – is held against our Capability Maturity Model (CMM). As a result of this scan the customer receives a summary of the maturity of their DataCenter and related processes on a scale from 1 (low) to 4 (high). If the score is 1,2 or 3 the next step is to discuss possible improvements to be made to step up to the next level.

Project management

Our project managers are advising and assisting our clients in the implementation, deployment and maintenance of the technical solution(s) provided. Our project managers are always working according to the principles of PRINCE2.


Our consultants are offering project consultancy to our customers on various levels till the moment that the project has successfully been delivered to our customers. Our consultants have a deep understanding and broad knowledge of DCIM, AIM and ITSM tooling and are a qualified and knowledgeable partner for our customers.

End users always get a customized training where screenshots and examples of their own organization are used. The training material  is closely aligned with the solution provided, the numbers of users, the available knowledge and time.

The training levels vary from a practical “hands-on” session to a multi-day intensive administrator training.
